Prop 19 which would be legalizing Marijuana in the state of California is the trending topic of L(dot)A(d0t) Cali-for-Nye-A. High hopes engulf many California residents as the November mid-term elections come up. Prop 19 is the most notorious subject since it what brought up in 1996. Of course minors are not allowed to be allowed marijuana nor can it be in school. Lets see how this end up. Might get us out of debt. (thanks bush)
